NOTICE: Transportadora Biwa regarding COVID-19

Duty of Care is the main concern for Transportadora Biwa when providing our transportation and shuttle services. Safety and welfare of both our passengers and driver partners are a priority in everything we do. As a Transportation company transporting passengers traveling to Cancun, Riviera Maya, Playa del Carmen and Tulum areas, we have a responsibility to take preventative measures regarding COVID-19.

We are continuously monitoring reports from our local and national public health agencies, the World Health Organization and local and federal government agencies to stay updated on the evolving situation.

We are taking all of the necessary actions to ensure a safe and healthy environment while providing services.

These actions include:

• Our staff, drivers and passengers are required to wear a face mask.
• Hand sanitation with antibacterial gel is required before boarding (it will be provided by our driver).
• Drivers are required to carry antibacterial gel in their vehicles at all times.
• Vehicles will be sanitized at the end of each shift and between each service with hospital grade sanitizer.
• All our services are private. Only you and your group per service.
